Certificate of state registration in the territory of the customs union (Sanitary-Epidemiological Conclusion) — a document certifying compliance with the state sanitary-epidemiological rules and specifications of products, substances, food additives (in accordance with decision 299 of 28 May 2010 "On the application of sanitary measures in the customs union"). State registration of products by the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare (Rospotrebnadzor). Validity of the certificate is installed on the entire period of the industrial production of Russian production or supply of imported products.

ATTENTION!!!
In connection with the entry into force 01.07.2010g. customs union agreement on sanitary measures stopped issuing sanitary-epidemiological conclusions.

A document confirming the quality and safety of the product, will now be a certificate of state registration of the customs union (CU SGR), which will be valid on the territory of the customs union of the three countries (Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan).

Products not included in a single list, subject to mandatory conformity assessment according to the law of the Member States of the Customs Union.

Sanitary-Epidemiological findings and the state registration certificate issued before July 1, 2010, will act in Russia before January 1, 2012.

Please note that the effect of these documents will be available exclusively on Russian territory, and will not - on the territory of other States Parties of the Customs Union - Kazakhstan and Belarus.

Yes, these epidemiological findings and the state registration certificate will be valid on the territory of the Russian Federation before January 1, 2012. Their action will not extend to the territory of other States Parties to the customs union. There will also be saved to the possibility of Jan. 1, 2011 documents issued prior to confirmation of product safety requirements in accordance with national legislation of one of the parties (the state registration certificate) for use exclusively in the territory of the State issuing such a document.

On food additives instead of SEZ is issued a certificate of registration.
